About the event
Heathens of Yorkshire will host a Heathen Service of Remembrance at Birkin Wood on the 9th of November 2019.
The service will have all the usual elements of a Remembrance service, but with Heathen practices instead of Christian ones. Any members of the Armed Forces, or other Uniformed Organisations are welcome to attend in uniform. Non-heathen family and friends are also very welcome to attend.
There will also be a collection for the Royal British Legion.
Afterwards we will regroup at Xscape Castleford for lunch at TGI Fridays for those that wish.
